Four persons – two from the United States of America, one from the United Kingdom and one from Canada - will be chosen to participate in the 2019 Jamaican Birthright Internship Programme to run from July 1 through to August 7, 2019. To be eligible, applicants must be: between the ages of 18 and 25 years; second or third generation Jamaican; pursuing either an undergraduate or post-graduate degree; and have a Grade ‘B’ average or higher. They must have a desire to learn more about their Jamaican heritage. Persons who have lived in Jamaica for more than six months or more would not be eligible to participate. Students are required to submit their applications no later than November 30, 2018. Application forms are available at www.gracekennedy.com/birthright.
