Jamaican-born Tashni-Ann Dubroy, Ph.D., has been chosen as a 2019 Minority Business Leader Award Honoree by the Washington Business Journal. The annual event recognizes the Greater Washington region’s top minority business owners and leaders, chosen for their entrepreneurial drive, creativity and success. Dr. Dubroy, 38, is the executive vice president and chief operating officer at Howard University. She is a past president of Shaw University.
